About the International Factoring Association (IFA) Northeast Chapter
The IFA Northeast Chapter was Formed in 2014 with a vision of providing educational workshops, seminars, and events to our region which address and meet the current needs and future growth of factoring companies and trade finance companies in the Boston, New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey and Washington D.C. areas that are of the quality our business finance professionals have come to expect from the IFA.
In January 2014, International Factoring Association, the largest association of commercial finance companies in the world, launched their Northeast Chapter. This Chapter was formed to assist industry firms by providing additional training and networking opportunities at the local level.
The Chapter serves factors, asset based lenders, other receivables finance companies, purchase order companies as well as service providers from Massachusetts to Northern Virginia.

What are IFA Northeast Chapter Members Saying
“I have been a member of the IFA since 2001 and have never been involved in a member based organization that is more committed to factoring. Its education, networking and the sharing of ideas and best practices amongst its members is the primary reason I accepted the President’s role in the newly created Northeast Chapter. I hope that, along with
my fellow Northeast Chapter board members,
we can continue to bring such benefits and attributes to the independent factors and purchase order finance companies from Boston to Northern Virginia.”
Stuart J. Rosenthal, Executive Vice President, Prestige Capital Corporation
"The IFA has played an intricate part of my professional career development over the past two decades. Information obtained from this association has enhanced my factoring knowledge and provided many years of good friendships. I'm very excited about participating in the IFA's newly established Northeast Chapter!"
